So, this afternoon was one of those "heartbreaker" days. No explanation needed. God knows what we need more than we know what we want. That's all there is to it. Both of the Bible studies I went to this evening dealt with love relationships and how it relates and involves our relationship with Christ. Again, HE knows what WE NEED. It's that simple...and that complicated!
From 1 John Chapter 4:
"...if we love one another, God lives in us, and his love is perfected in us...So that we have known and believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and those who abide in love abide in God, and God abides in them..." (verses 12 & 16)

God is our love. Every moment of ours is for His glory alone. As Amy quoted from John Piper tonight: It's not about MIRRORS, it's about the MOUNTAINS. In other words, it's not about us, it's about His majesty. Amazing.
