Hmmmmm...

Well, right now I am just so very thankful for my KY2K5 family. I miss all of them so much, it's like another wave of "grief" has swept; I believe it has something to do with the fact that I saw some of them yesterday at church. Anyway, I miss all of them and love all of them so much...it's reunion time, yeah! I've got to make a few phone calls, but hopefully I can do that this evening.
Oh, I am so thankful too for my AP Grades. God really just blessed my socks off!
Microeconomics = 4
Psychology = 4
English Lit. & Comp. = 4
Calculus AB = 3
I don't know how in the world I pulled off a 3 for calculus, but God blessed and I'm thankful. Not questioning that, although I know better...I certainly deserved a 2. Thank you, Jesus!
No word on my room mate for this fall yet. I know that God is in control of all things, including those room mate lottery things, so I'm not worried, just anxious to know who I'll be sleeping in the same room with, if you know what I mean.
Crossfire last night was excellent. This band came, and a few of the guys were actually from PC, which was really encouraging to know that there is, amidst the partying and trash there, a strong body of believers who love, trust, and serve the Lord Jesus Christ. I talked to one of the guys, named Jeremy, and it was so encouraging to hear about Campus Outreach and all. Praise God from whom all blessings flow!!!!
Went to the orthodontist this morning, and tentatively 4 weeks until I get my braces off. This will be interesting, working and all with all of these rubberbands in my mouth. I'll cope I guess.
Beginning next week, I'll also be working band camp!!! Next week from 5-9 and the week after from 1-9. It should add a hefty amount to my bank account, no less, which is certainly a blessing, but it will be a buckload of work. But something I'll enjoy for sure.
Also, this will give me the opportunity to catch up with some of the girls from last year, and there were a few in particular that I prayed for all season '04, but I never did talk to them about Christ. Maybe that's why God has called me back there, because I had thought that I had "washed my hands" of band stuff, if you know what I mean. But, God called me back. So I'm going without understanding, but with a peace of course. (Philippians 4)
Yay, the summer is drawing to a slow close. I am so excited about college, but a little apprehensive as well. I mean, a new environment where I know like 4 people on the whole campus, but God has called me there, too, so I guess I shouldn't be scared. "Be bold, be strong..." right? Yeah. Dorm life will certainly be different but I'm looking foward to the independence I guess.
