Happy Birthday!

In Medias Res:
Today is my birthday, as well as my best friend's birthday, so it was a GREAT one! Happy Birthday Susan! :) Not much happened, besides the fact that I have 2 tests tomorrow. And I did help with some Algebra II today. But that's all good!
So what I am most excited about right now is my trip to Northern Africa. It is in April, but that's only right around the corner. How exciting that God has provided this opportunity for me...I want to be God's tool so badly! Please pray that this trip will follow through as God wills it to. Finances will be tight, but I am thankful for parents who support missions, no doubt.
Secondly, I am super excited about the party Friday night. I love to see all of my friends together, because it doesn't happen often enough. That will be fun, because Susan & I are celebrating together. Plus, we're having a mint-chocolate-chip and double-chocolate-chunk ice cream cake from Bruster's. Yuuummmm!
Something wonderful did happen today, now that I think about it. One of my best friends in the whole world, Brittany, gave me the sweetest card ever and brought me cupcakes at lunch. Isn't that precious? I do love her in Christ so much.
So right now I just logged on to Presbyterian College's "Pals" profile thing. Hopefully I will meet some friends before I get there, as I am socially inept occasionally. I pray that God will send me friends that honor him. Also, I really need to find a roomate too, but I trust God in that most certainly. College sounds so exciting, and I am ready to go!
How cool that Jeremy Camp will be in SC finally! But it is on the night of the prom, so I doubt that I will go. Nevertheless, welcome to SC Jeremy!
I must go, we are having a TLW rally tonight which will be awesome. God is so amazing and I am more and more humbled every day by His love. Thank you Jesus, for your love and grace.
James 4:8 "Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you..."
